AndroForte® Testosterone Cream

Testosterone, the male sex hormone, is needed for strength, fitness and sexual function. Low testosterone levels after the age of 40 is very common. As your body ages, your hormone level decline, this includes testosterone. However, it can affect men of any age.

Low testosterone can also be a result of trauma or endocrine disorders and it could also be down to unhealthy lifestyle choices. No exercise, bad eating habits, smoking and drinking alcohol can all contribute to a low testosterone production.

AndroForte^® testosterone cream is a topical cream, applied directly to the skin. The cream is absorbed through the skin and into the bloodstream where it joins the natural testosterone being produced by your body. It is made using bioidentical testosterone, the same natural testosterone as your body produces naturally.

Before starting testosterone replacement therapy and once you have been using it for a few months, you should check your bloodwork every few months to make sure your testosterone levels have increased and they remain within normal range.

The optimal time of day for taking blood panels is in the morning.

Men should have total testosterone levels of 375-1200 ng/dl or 10-35 nmol/l, depending on which method your lab uses. Make sure you get your free testosterone levels checked too. They should be 50-175 pg/ml or 260-740 pmol/l.

AndoForte is applied directly to the scrotum, once a day, in the morning. For optimal results, avoid applying the cream directly to hydrated or wet skin.

If you have never used testosterone replacement therapy before, start by applying 0.5ml. This is the recommended starting dose. Then work your way up to the full dose of 1ml. When applying testosterone cream scrotally it is absorbed 5-7 times faster than creams or gels that are applied elsewhere on the body. This is because of the high amount of blood vessels in the area.
